The Desert Bar Association is committed to keeping members and the general community apprised of relevant information from the court system. Often we notify website visitors about changes to processes, fees, or rules, and other times there is an opportunity for public comments on proposed new and amended rules. We also convey details of new programs to utilize and legislative bills to support related to the judiciary and legal processes, such as access to justice.  Watch our website too for important announcements that affect the legal community.
