Thank you for your interest in advertising with the Desert Bar Association. We currently offer classified ads on our website. The cost for a classified ad rate for a member is $50.00/month and non-member rates are $75.00/month.

The classified ads are text only, with the ability to hyperlink to email addresses, other websites and files for downloading. The text should be brief and to the point, providing the essential information and some contact information for people to use to find out more. Although we do not have a word limit, we ask that these be reasonably brief.

    Overview of the Position

    As an appellate prosecutor you would be charged with preparing and arguing appeals in the Appellate Division of the Superior Court, the 4th District Court of Appeal, and the California Supreme Court, responding to petitions for writs of habeas corpus and conducting evidentiary hearings in civil courts countywide, writing and responding to original writs of mandate and prohibition, responding to trial attorney questions with appropriate legal authority in a timed setting, arguing complex legal motions in trial cases, reviewing potential prosecution witness misconduct to make credibility and ethical disclosure recommendations, Including Brady litigation and disclosures.

    Seeking Appellate Prosecutor

    The ideal candidate has the ability to combine expert legal knowledge, analytical, investigative, organizational, negotiation, and courtroom litigation skills with talents for research and writing to prepare appellate and trial prosecutions for all types of criminal cases. Civil experience is desired.
