Richard Marshack has practice Bankruptcy, Reorganization and Insolvency Law and related litigation since 1982 and is the founding Partner of Marshack Hays LLP (“MH”). MH is a law firm specializing in all aspects of bankruptcy and reorganization law except small consumer cases. (In the valley we refer consumer and business cases we do not take to Summer Shaw). In 1985, at the age of 26, he was appointed by the US Dept of Justice as a Bankruptcy Trustee and has served continuously since then handling several high profile cases including trustee of National Lumber, Eagan Avenatti, Stradella (660 acres of raw land in Rancho Mirage), Friendly Village Mobile Home Park (total assets administered exceeds $50m). He has also represented an official committee of unsecured creditors in the County of Orange and Point Centre Financial, and represented Firefighters in the City of San Bernardino Case and 8,000 wild fire victims in the Pacific Gas and Electric Case. .
